Meet Ariana !
Hi, I’m Ari — the heart and hands behind Rose Flour Provisions.
I’m momma of three, a former teacher, and now an ER nurse. Life has taught me resilience, creativity, and the importance of nourishing both body and soul — values that inspire everything I bake and create.
As a lifelong vegetarian and someone with celiac, I’ve always believed that food is more than something we eat — it’s fuel, medicine, and love. From an early age, I made it a priority to teach my kids where food comes from, how to cook from scratch, and why it matters to care about what goes on our plates.
Baking has become one of my favorite creative outlets — a way to share joy, connect with others, and support my family. Every loaf of sourdough, jar of jam, or handmade provision comes from that same place of love and intention: feeding others the way I’d want to feed my own family.
In addition to baking, photography fuels my fire! You can find me over at 3 Arrows Photography!

“I use my independence and masculinity as a shield. For most of my life being feminine went hand in hand with feeling defenseless and vulnerable. It took many years and many good people in my life to shift that mind set. Now, I not only accept but am actively cultivating my femininity.
I now understand that I get to be an absolute gun slinging savage AND an elegant and empathetic women. It’s not one or the other, I am both and more”
